Kim Weiss

PWHL Las Vegas appointed Kim Weiss on June 15, 2026, ahead of its inaugural season. Her Vegas chapter is a coaching and team-building connection: the responsibility of shaping a new professional club’s habits, preparation and playing identity.

Weiss arrived after two seasons with the Colorado Eagles, progressing from video assistant to assistant coach. Earlier work included the Maryland Black Bears and Trinity College’s men’s team, which reached the NCAA Division III championship game in 2024.

Before coaching, she played at Trinity, earning all-conference recognition in each of four seasons and setting the program’s career goals and points records. She was a college teammate of Vegas general manager Dominique DiDia. The appointment connects that shared background with a new task in Nevada; the inaugural season was still ahead when this profile was added.
